Kāpiti Kikorangi.
Kāpiti Kikorangi melts across your palate like salted butter infused with honeycomb and a whisper of smoke—the blue veining delivers a gentle tang that never overwhelms, while the triple-cream richness creates an almost custard-like texture that clings to the roof of your mouth. Its aroma is surprisingly mild and sweet, more fresh dairy than funky blue, making it approachable yet undeniably sophisticated.
