How we verify
How a shop gets verified.
We're contacting every shop on the map — by phone, not scraper. Opening hours, whether they stock aged wheels or mostly young cheeses, whether they have a counter you can stand at. Each listing gets a verified badge once checked.

We call each shop to confirm opening times — the badge appears once they're verified.

Aged, young, washed-rind, blue — we ask what they actually carry.

If they age their own wheels, we say so.
