Perl Wen.
Perl Wen's delicate bloomy rind gives way to a butter-soft interior that melts across your palate with whispers of fresh mushroom and earthy minerality. A gentle tang brightens the creamy richness, like morning dew on moss—refined rather than aggressive, inviting you back for another bite.

How it's made.
Why it tastes that way.
Perl Wen (White Pearl in Welsh) is made by Carwyn Adams at Caws Cenarth in Carmarthenshire, west Wales.
The Adams family has been making cheese since the 1980s. Perl Wen is their signature cheese, a soft-ripened Brie-style cheese that has won multiple awards and helped establish Wales as a quality artisan cheese region.
