Bundz is a whisper of a cheese—delicate curds with the clean, slightly tangy brightness of fresh sheep's milk and a texture like soft ricotta that dissolves on your tongue. Its mild lactic character carries the subtle grassy notes of high-altitude summer pastures, with nothing between you and the milk itself.

Bundz is a fresh sheep's milk curd cheese made by highland shepherds in the Tatra Mountains during the summer pasture season.
It is the freshest form of the Tatra shepherds' cheese chain that also includes oscypek and the whey drink żentyca. Unlike its smoked sibling oscypek (PDO 2008), bundz itself carries no protected designation.
