Meredith Dairy Sheep Cheese.
Silky and yielding on the palate, this rindless sheep cheese unfolds with gentle tanginess and a whisper of wild herbs suspended in golden olive oil. The creamy texture melts like butter while maintaining the distinctive mineral sweetness of sheep's milk—rich without heaviness, assertive without aggression.
