Bath Soft Cheese.
Bath Soft Cheese unfolds like a whisper on the palate—a cloud of buttery cream dotted with subtle mushroom notes that linger earthily on your tongue. Its delicate bloomy rind gives way to a texture so soft it nearly dissolves, while a whisper of tang keeps it from tipping into pure indulgence. The aroma is gently fungal and pastoral, more forest floor than funk.
