We're one founder and a mouse, building slowly and on purpose — with two brothers on the way. There are no open roles today, but the people we'll want one day are usually talking to us long before there's a job to fill.
We'd rather keep the team tiny until the work genuinely needs more hands. When that changes, this page is the first place it'll show. Until then, the door's open for a conversation.
Why Caseo
Caseo is a field guide to every cheese: identify what you have, read someone smart on it, pair it with the bottle in your fridge, and find the next one to try. We started it because we kept losing the names.
We build the way we'd want to eat — slowly, specifically, without snobbery. No AI-drawn cheese, no "curated" filler, no ads, no tracking. If we can't check it, we don't publish it.
One day that work will need a few more people who care about it as much as we do. We'd like to already know who they are.
When the time comes
Not job postings — just the shape of the team we imagine. If one of these sounds like you, we'd genuinely love an early hello.
How we work
No shortcuts that we'd have to explain away later. If we can't verify it, it doesn't ship.
A 12-month wheel from a particular cave. A wine from a particular co-op. The reason always matters.
Cheese is slow. The work should feel like it. We'd rather do less, better, for longer.
We grow only when the work demands it. Every person we add should make the whole thing better, not just bigger.
