Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Caseo (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

You’re responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 17 years old to use Caseo. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You retain ownership of the photos, posts, and other content you create. By posting, you grant Caseo a non-exclusive license to host and display that content within the Service so it works as intended (e.g. showing your posts to others). You’re responsible for the content you share and must have the rights to share it.

Don’t misuse the Service. In particular, don’t post unlawful, infringing, or abusive content; harass others; scrape or overload the Service; or attempt to break its security. User-generated content may be moderated, and we may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Caseo’s cheese profiles, pairings, and identifications are provided for general informational purposes and may contain inaccuracies. Always check labels and allergen information before consuming — especially regarding raw-milk cheeses, allergens, and dietary needs.

Business subscriptions are billed through Stripe on the plan you select. Fees are described at checkout. You can cancel as described in your account; except where required by law, payments are non-refundable for the current period.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caseo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms or the Service over time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
